Ingredients

For the Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups Fairlife Chocolate Milk Or any chocolate milk of your choice.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Swap for any non-dairy milk or regular milk.
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder PEScience recommended, or any whey/casein blend.
  • 1 package Sugar-Free Chocolate Jello Mix Optional for a simpler recipe.
For the Decorative Touch
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow Chips Can substitute with chocolate chips or other sprinkles.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the Fairlife chocolate milk and unsweetened almond milk, followed by the chocolate protein powder and sugar-free chocolate Jello mix. Use a whisk to blend everything until smooth and uniform.
  2. Transfer the combined mixture into the Ninja Creami pint, filling it just to the max fill line. Secure the lid tightly and place the pint in your freezer for 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, remove the container and run warm water over the outside of the pint for about 60 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
  4. Insert the loosened pint into the Ninja Creami machine, select the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting and spin until creamy.
  5. Once creamy, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and rainbow chips using the ‘Mix-In’ button on the Ninja Creami.
  6. Serve the Cosmic Brownie Protein Ice Cream in bowls or cones, sprinkling some extra rainbow chips on top if desired.
