Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened salted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar at medium speed for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla bean paste or extract to the creamed mixture, beating until pale and fluffy.
  4. Stir in all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt using a spatula until just combined.
  5. Fold in M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and festive sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough into 20 balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
  8. Reshape cookies with a cookie cutter if desired right after removing them from the oven.
  9. Cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool for another 10 minutes.
