Preparation Steps
- Squeeze enough fresh lemons to yield about half a cup of juice and measure out the vanilla ice cream, cold water, and ice cubes if using.
- Combine lemon juice, vanilla ice cream, and cold water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Check thickness; if too thick, add more cold water and blend again. If too thin, add more ice cream.
- Pour the frosted lemonade into tall glasses and serve immediately.
