Baking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla after.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Scoop out cookie dough and roll into balls. Roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
