Baking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla after.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop out cookie dough and roll into balls. Roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
