  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
For the Coating
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko for extra crunch

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, and egg. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop and shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated puffs on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
