  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach optional

  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro or parsley

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry your chicken breasts, then slice into 1-inch strips.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. If using, add fresh spinach to the skillet after the chicken is cooked and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble wraps by laying out tortillas, adding cooked chicken, cheeses, and spinach before rolling tightly.
  7. Cook assembled wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
  8. Transfer wraps to a cutting board, let cool, and slice in half. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
