Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the mixture, packing it in.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter in a bowl and coat well.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over filled jalapenos.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
