Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the mixture, packing it in.
- Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter in a bowl and coat well.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over filled jalapenos.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
