Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add lobster tails and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  2. In the same water, add fettuccine or linguine and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. Once the lobster cools, crack shells and extract the meat. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add pasta and lobster meat to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with sauce. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Plate the pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
