  • 1/3 cup Fresh basil leaves torn
  • DeLallo Balsamic Glaze for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions for Bruschetta Pizza
  1. In a small bowl, combine 3 grated garlic cloves with 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet in your oven and preheat to 500°F (260°C).
  3. On a lightly floured surface, stretch 1 pound of fresh pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch round.
  4. Layer thinly sliced or torn mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10 to 14 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven, spoon DeLallo Tomato Bruschetta on top, add torn basil leaves, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
