Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine 6 cups of mixed spring greens, 1 cup of orange segments, and ½ cup of pomegranate seeds.
  2. Crumble ½ cup of block feta cheese over the salad.
  3. Gently chop and sprinkle ½ cup of candied pecans over the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Add 1 minced shallot, and season with salt and pepper.
