  • 2 cups Lettuce crisp shredded lettuce recommended
  • 1 medium White Onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles can be swapped for pickled jalapeños
For the Secret Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard Dijon can be used instead
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet Relish can replace with finely chopped pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder fresh onion can be used instead
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic is a good alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar apple cider vinegar can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet relish, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and vinegar. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain fat.
  3. Lay out tortillas, spread secret sauce on each, then top with lettuce, cooked beef, onions, cheese, and pickles.
  4. Fold each wrap burrito-style, toasting in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Slice wraps in half and serve with extra secret sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
