  • 1 tbsp Seasonings Use your favorite blend.

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and relish to create your special sauce and set it aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 7–10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Lightly heat your tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds or in a dry skillet on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
  4. On each tortilla, layer ground beef, a slice or two of cheese, pickles, lettuce, and drizzle with special sauce. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  5. In the same skillet, lightly coat with oil and toast the assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce on the side, optionally pairing with sweet potato fries or salad.
