- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and relish to create your special sauce and set it aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 7–10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lightly heat your tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds or in a dry skillet on low heat for 1–2 minutes.
- On each tortilla, layer ground beef, a slice or two of cheese, pickles, lettuce, and drizzle with special sauce. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- In the same skillet, lightly coat with oil and toast the assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce on the side, optionally pairing with sweet potato fries or salad.
