Preparation
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper. Dice the bacon, and chop the red onion and carrot.
- In a skillet, fry the diced bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the seasoned chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Assemble the pizzas by spreading BBQ sauce on flatbread, layering with cheese, chicken, bacon, onion, and carrot.
- Bake for 6–7 minutes or until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions before serving.
