Cooking Steps
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, typically about 15-20 minutes. Keep warm.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
