  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Opt for low-sodium varieties if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh lime juice is preferred.
For the Vegetables

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, typically about 15-20 minutes. Keep warm.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped red bell pepper, sliced carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Mix in half of the prepared bang bang sauce with the turkey and vegetables.
  7. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice topped with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over each bowl.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
