Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on your biscuit dough package, typically around 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- If using store-bought biscuit dough, follow the instructions on the package to form the biscuits. Roll out homemade dough until about half an inch thick. Cut it into circles.
- Take one biscuit circle, place sliced roast beef in the center, and top with cheese. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- Place the assembled Baked French Dip Biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, warm your au jus sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once the biscuits are baked, let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes
Ensure biscuits are tightly sealed around the filling to prevent leaking during baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
