Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush a small baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the feta in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. If needed, thin the honey by microwaving it for a few seconds.
  5. Switch the oven to broil and broil the feta for 3-7 minutes until golden.
  6. Brush warmed honey over the feta and sprinkle fresh thyme and za’atar.
  7. Serve warm with pita or naan bread.
