- In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring gently.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and almond flour until fully combined.
- If desired, stir in maple syrup and brown sugar, mixing until dissolved.
- Gently fold in half of the sliced almonds, reserving the other half for garnish.
